Heart of Adoptions Alliance, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that promotes adoption education. We are dedicated to assisting families facing an unplanned pregnancy by providing resources, support. In addition, we assist with important information and details involved with international adoption and foster adoption. And for adoption advocates that are willing and able to provide financial support to adoptive families in need, Heart of Adoptions Alliance administers a charitable program, the St. Frances Fund, that allows you to make tax-free donations.
Intercountry Adoption
Heart of Adoptions Alliance, Inc. works with Florida families interested in adopting children all over the world. Adopting internationally (often referred to as Intercountry adoption) can be a very exciting journey, but it can also be complicated for families. Our experienced staff can assist Florida families in choosing an international placement program in the country best suited for the adoptive family and help with their home study, adoption education requirements, dossier preparation, USCIS support, post-placement, and post-adoption services including re-finalization.

If you or someone you know is dealing with an unplanned pregnancy and needs assistance exploring options, we can help. Our goal is provide expecting parents with the information they need to make decisions that are right for them and their children. Our highly experienced staff is available 24/7 to answer questions.
Foster Care Adoption
On any given day in North America, more than 500,000 children are in the foster care system, and nearly 145,000 of them are available for adoption just waiting for the right family to find them. If you are considering adopting a waiting child from the foster care system, either in Florida or in another state, we can help.

Heart of Adoptions Alliance, Inc. provides financial assistance to families who are hindered by the lack of available resources for minority or special needs adoption. You can greatly assist with this need by making a tax-free donation to the St. Frances Fund!
